New status tag

In State column there will show a new label :R.N.M.
It stands for Reserve Not Met, means that even the item theoretical was sold it was not delivery because the reserve price was not reach,
this state will mess the average price, so the calculation of the average price doesn't contemplate the items marked as RNM and of course the Broken ones.

Better layout in reports

Happy New Year to all of you. The year starts with improvements in the reports layout, now with the correct alignment and the resume report or footer with a horizontal layout, for better reading and to allow in the future to display data with more than 6 months old and in the last 6 months. Thank you

Reports with link to the auction

All the reports have in the first column a direct link to the eBay auction in order the user can see auction.
After 3 months eBay deletes the action.
